Porter Gilberg is a seasoned non-profit leader with nearly 15 years of experience in organizational management, administration, budgeting, program development, human resources, fundraising, large-scale events, communications, and advocacy. Serving progressive organizations since 2007, he has extensive expertise in providing direct services and providing program oversight and administration. Gilberg is also an expert trainer on workplace inclusion and hate violence and has led trainings for many cities and organizations. Through an extensive partnership with the League of California Cities, Gilberg served as a principal author on a workplace inclusion guide that continues to be utilized by municipalities across California. He both works directly with clients providing fundraising and communications support and serves as the Director of Finance and Administration for Fierce Courage Consulting.
