CLI is hosting a free Students’ Rights Clinic with attorneys from Hirji, Chau & Rodriguez, LLP to provide legal advice and limited‑scope representation. The clinic will cover students’ free speech rights on and off campus; what discipline schools can and cannot impose; due process and appeal procedures; and how to challenge suspensions, truancy notices, expulsions, inaccurate disciplinary records, and retaliation.
