Prior to joining Disney, Rachelle was Interim Director at the Office of Equity & Diversity at California State University, Long Beach.  Rachelle is also a California licensed attorney, having practiced labor and employment law, and has represented companies in the entertainment, hospitality, and agricultural industries. Rachelle is a proud alumnus of Thomas Jefferson School of Law as well as the University of California, Los Angeles.
